Abstract
Minat menjadi guru adalah keinginan untuk menekuni suatu profesi guru, dimana profesi guru ini memiliki peranan dan kompetensi profesional serta memerlukan keahlian khusus sebagai guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap minat menjadi guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri angkatan 2013 yang berjumlah 45 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kontribusi prestasi belajar terhadap minat menjadi guru sebesar 19,62%. Sedangkan 80,38% perubahan lainnya berasal dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = -7,956 + 0,949X, menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri terhadap Minat menjadi guru.;--- Interest in becoming a teacher is a desire to pursue a teaching profession, which the teaching profession has the role and professional competence and requires special skills as a teacher. This study aims to determine the effect of learning achievement the students to student interest become a teacher. This research are use descriptive quantitative method. Respondents students of Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri class 2013 as many as 45 people. The results showed that contributes of learning achievement to the interests become teachers at 19,62% While the other changes as many as 80,38% comes from the other factors which not examined in this research. Results of simple linear regression equation is Y = -7,956 + 0,949X, shows there is influence between learning achievement of students Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri to interests become teachers.
