Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan efikasi mengajar umum terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey, dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kepala sekolah dan guru SDN di Kec. Ngamprah Kab. Bandung Barat sebanyak 559 dari 41 SDN. Data dikumpulkan dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner dari 85 sampel kepala sekolah dan guru, dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan efikasi mengajar umum secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang kuat terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 50,6%, sisanya dibentuk oleh faktor lain diluar faktor yang diteliti.;---The purpose of this studyis to empirically examine the influence of academic supervision principals and general teaching efficacy to primary school teachers teaching performance. This study employed explanatoty survey method and then correlational research. The population includes all primary school principals and teachers in Ngamprah Bandung Barat district 559 as of 41 primary school with a sample of 85 people and then regression analysis approach. The results of this study that simultaneously both the academic supervision of school principals and efficacy of teaching the public has strong significant influence on the performance of teachers to teach (50,6%). The remaining was contributed by different faktor uninvestigated in this study.
