Abstract
Sarana rekreasi merupakan salah satu penunjang aktivitas rekreasi.Sarana rekreasi berpengaruh terhadap segala kebutuhan pengguna ruang public karena sebagai komponen penting dalam merealisasikan waktu luang. Ruang public merupakan tempat para warga melakukan kontak sosial, padalingkunganmasyarakattradisionalselalutersediadalamberbagailingkupan.Mulai dari pekarangan komunal, lapangan di lingkungan desa sampai kealun-alun yang berskala kota. Ruang publik yang baik memuat beberapa aspek diantaranya :kenyamanan, pencapaian, vitalitas dan image . Untuk menjadikan satu ruang publik yang berkualitas,diperlukansaranarekreasi yang sesuaidengansegalaaspekdiatas agar tercapainya kepuasan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengolahan data importance-performance analysis yang digunakanuntukmengidentifikasifaktor-faktorkinerjapentingapa yang harusditunjukkanolehsuatuorganisasidalammemenuhikepuasanparapenggunajasa, yang nantinya dapat melihat kinerja mana yang harus ditingkatkanlagiberdasarkannilai yang didapat, lalu memberikan beberapa rekomendasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja (performance) yang ada di sarana rekreasi Lapang Merdeka kota Sukabumi. Dari hasil yang didapat,beberapa item yang berpotensiuntukditingkatkanlagiolehpihakpengelola,sepertikualitasudara disaranarekreasi, danjugakemenarikandesignsaranarekreasidi Lapang Merdeka kota Sukabumi. Beberapa item yang mendapatkan penilaian positif berdasarkan persepsi pengguna antara lain seperti kerapihan sarana rekreasi serta kenyamanan dankeamanan dalam menggunakan sarana rekreasi penting untuk dipertahankan dan selalu diperhatikan oleh pihak pengelola agar konsistensi dalam memberikan pelayanan terus terjaga sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik yang ada di Lapang Merdeka kota Sukabumi.;--- Recreationalfacilities is one of the supporting recreation activities. Recreational facilities have influencesonallthe needs of public space users as an essential componentrole in the realization of leisure time. Good public space contains to several aspects, such as: comfort, achievement, vitality and image. To make a quality public spaces,recreational facilities required in accordance with all aspects of the above in order to achieve user satisfaction. The methode used is descriptive quantitative with data processing methods importance-performance analysis that analyzes how the performance values and the importancevalues based onusers perceptions and later onwill be able to see which the performance should be improved further by the value obtained, then gave the number of recommendations in orderto improve the recreational facilities performance in LapangMerdekaSukabumi. From the results obtained,some of the items that have the potential to be increased again by the superintendent, such as air quality around recreation facilities and attractive design for recreational facilities at LapangMerdekaSukabumi. Some of the items that get positive values based on user perception among other recreational facilities such as neatness and comfort of recreational facilities and also security in the use of recreational facilities which is it important thing to be maintained and kept in mind by the superintendent so that consistency in giving service be maintained so as to improve the quality of existing public spaces at LapangMerdekaSukabumi.
