Abstract

Persyaratan kompetensi guru SD dalam penulisan karya ilmiah belum dikuasai sehingga diduga kemampuan tersebut berkaitan dengan mata kuliah Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Metode Penelitian Pendidikan, Bahasa Indonesia, Statistik Dasar dan Statistik Lanjut. Sehingga, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kelima mata kuliah tersebut terhadap kemampuan penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian yakni kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi yakni mahasiswa PGSD UNDIKSHA (2008-2012) yang diambil sejumlah 120 mahasiswa menggunakan cluster random sampling. Instrumen studi dokumentasi mengumpulkan data nilai akhir mata kuliah dan nilai akhir hasil ujian skripsi dengan analisis korelasi product moment dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial mata kuliah Metode Penelitian Pendidikan secara signifikan berkontribusi paling besar yang kemudian dilanjutkan berturut-turut yaitu kontribusi secara signifikan dari mata kuliah Statistik Dasar, Penulisan Karya ilmiah, Statistik Lanjut dan Bahasa Indonesia. Ditinjau secara bersamaan, kelima mata kuliah menunjukkan kontribusi yang siginifikan namun dalam kategori lemah terhadap kemampuan penulisan skripsi mahasiswa.;--- Elementary teacher competency requirements in writing scientific papers have not mastered these skills that allegedly related to the course Scientific Writing, Educational Research Methods, Indonesian, Basic and Advanced Statistics. Thus, this study aimed to determine the contribution the five of subject to the ability of writing scientific papers of students. The approach is quantitative research with descriptive correlational method. The population is student PGSD UNDIKSHA (2008-2012) taken a number of 120 students using cluster random sampling. Instrument documentation study used for collected data final value of subject and thesis with product moment correlation analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that the partial courses Educational Research Methods significantly contributes most followed consecutively contributes significantly from the courses Basic Statistics, Scientific Writing, Advanced Statistics and Indonesian. Viewed together, the five subjects showed a significant contribution, but in the category of the weak against the ability writing scientific papers of students.
