Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas proses pembelajaran senam lantai di SMA ALFA CENTAURI dari perspektif perencanaan dan pengorganisasian kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang guru penjas SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung. Sampel yang diambil adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yaitu 6 orang guru penjas. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran senam lantai. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan uji skala Likert. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang terkumpul sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari hasil pengolahan data masing-masing guru penjas yang didapat. Skor guru 1 = 3.46, guru 2 = 3.46, guru 3 = 3.56, guru 4 = 3.53, guru 5 = 3.56, guru 6 = 3.56. Nilai maksimal dari skor tersebut adalah 4. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa guru yang telah merencanakan dan dapat mengorganisasikan kelas dapat menghasilkan dampak yang positif sehingga proses pembelajaran senam lantai yang dilaksanakan dengan efektif. Bila hasil skor 3 tidak bisa dikatakan tidak setuju karena skor tidak setuju adalah 2. Saran berkaitan dengan penelitian yang penulis lakukan, sebaiknya diadakan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait proses pembelajaran dengan perencanaan dan pengorganisasian kelas yang baik guna terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang kondusif, efektif dan memberikan dampak yang positif untuk pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan jasmani.

;---This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of the learning process in high school gymnastics floor ALFA Centauri from the perspective of planning and organizing the classroom. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were 6 Alfa Centauri High School physical education teacher Bandung. Samples taken is the whole of the population that is 6 physical education teacher. Techniques of data retrieval is done is to observe the learning process gymnastics floor. The data obtained were analyzed using a Likert scale test. The statistical analysis used is descriptive analysis that describe or depict the collected data as it is. The results showed that of the data processing of each physical education teacher obtained. Score 1 = 3.46 teachers, teacher 2 = 3.46, teacher 3 = 3.56, teacher 4 = 3.53, teacher 5 = 3.56, teacher 6 = 3.56. The maximum value of the score is 4. This shows that teachers who had planned and organized the class can produce a positive impact so that the learning process gymnastics floor that is effectively enforced. When the score of 3 can not be said not agree because the score does not agree is 2. Suggestions related to the research conducted by the author, should be held for further research related to the learning process by planning and organizing a good class in order to create a conducive learning process, effective and impact positive for education, particularly physical education.
