Abstract
Permasalahan peserta didik multiple disabilities with visual impairment hambatan penglihatan dengan ADHD ialah disfungsi subsistem di otak yang memprediksi respon terhadap hal yang menimbulkan rasa cemas menyebabkan peserta didik ADHD tidak sensitif terhadap hukuman. Hal tersebut menyebabkan munculnya perilaku maladaptif pada peserta didik. Upaya untuk memodifikasi perilaku maladaptif peserta didik dapat dilakukan dengan teknik-teknik yang menitikberatkan pada pemberian reward. Salah satunya ialah dengan menggunakan teknik token ekonomi. Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan teknik token ekonomi untuk mengurangi perilaku maladatif pada peserta didik multiple disabilities with visual impairment di SLBN A Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Single Subject Research. Subjek penelitian berinisial MA kelas 5 SDLB SLBN A Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat penurunan perilaku maldaptif pada aspek perilaku stereotip, perilaku ritualistik, dan perilaku meninggalkan kursi tanpa izin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik token ekonomi, terdapat penurunan perilaku maladaptif pada peserta didik multiple diasabilities with visual impairment di SLBN A Kota Bandung. --- Problems of learners multiple disabilities with visual impairment visual barriers with ADHD is dysfunction subsystems in the brain that predict response to things that cause anxiety causes ADHD learners insensitive to punishment. This led to the emergence of maladaptive behavior on the learner. Attempts to modify maladaptive behavior of learners can be done with techniques that focus on the reward system. One of them is by using the token economy technique. This research discusses the use of token economy technique to reduce maladative behavior on learners with multiple disabilities with visual impairment in SLBN A Bandung. This research used experimental method with Single Subject Research design. The research subject initials MA class 5 SDLB SLBN A Bandung. These results indicate there is a decrease in the maldaptif behavioral aspects of stereotyped behavior, ritualistic behavior, and the behavior of leaving the seat without permission. The conclusion of this research, using the technique of token economy, there is a decrease on maladaptive behavior on multiple diasabilities learners with visual impairment in SLBN A Bandung .
