Abstract

Dewasa ini bahasa Jepang menjadi salah satu bahasa yang banyak dipelajari oleh orang yang berasal dari berbagai negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Salah satu faktor sulitnya menguasai bahasa Jepang adalah minimnya pembedaharaan kosakata dari bahasa Jepang itu sendiri. Kualitas dan kuantitas kosakata yang dimiliki oleh seseorang mempengaruhi kemampuan belajar bahasa seseorang tersebut, sedangkan pada kenyataannya terdapat masalah yang ditemui di SMAN 13 Bandung bahwa siswa kelas X masih kurang dalam menguasai kosakata bahasa Jepang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Jepang dengan menggunakan permainan Papan Bergambar serta tanggapan siswa mengenai teknik permainan ini dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen murni, dengan mengambil sampel penelitian pada siswa kelas X MIA 8 dan X MIA 7 SMA Negeri 13 Bandung sebanyak 64 orang. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperole t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-tabel, maka Hk diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik permainan Papan Bergambar efektif untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Jepang. Selain itu, dari hasil angket diketahui sebagian besar responden memberikan respon positif pada teknik permainan Papan Bergambar. ; This day Japanase is one of the most foreign student have learned about, indonesian student is also one of them. One of many factors which makes difficult to mastering Japanese is the lack of Japanese vocabularies itself. Quality and quantity of vocabularies which possess by someone will affect someone ability to learn about language, meanwhile in reality there are a problem which encountered in 13 senior high school of Bandung that the first grade of the senior high school were lacked of Japanese vocabularies. This research aim is to find out how the Japanese vocabularies improvement by using a picture board game and how students responses about this game technique in Japanese learning. This research is using a pure experimental method, by taking a research samples in class X MIA 8 and X MIA 7 of SMA Negeri 13 Bandung as many as 64 students. After the data was analyzed, the t-hitung obtained results was higher than t-tabel, based on that Hk is accepted. It can be conclude that the technique of picture board game is effective for increasing Japanese vocabularies. Moreover, from the questionnairies results is known that most respondents gave a positive response to a picture board game technique.
