Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang berkualitas yaitu valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan pada praktikum pengaruh konsentrasi terhadap pegeseran arah kesetimbangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diantaranya lembar validasi instrumen penilaian kinerja dan lembar observasi. Subjek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIA. Kualitas dari instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan, ditentukan melalui uji validitas isi dan reliabilitas interrater. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas isi yang sangat baik dengan harga CVR=1 dan memiliki reliabilitas nilai total yang sangat tinggi sebesar 0,94. Instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan dapat mengungkap kinerja siswa dalam melakukan praktikum. Siswa memiliki kinerja yang beragam dalam melakukan praktikum pengaruh konsentrasi terhadap pegeseran arah kesetimbangan, kinerja siswa dikelompokkan kedalam kategori sangat baik, baik dan cukup. Kinerja siswa yang belum terungkap secara optimal dalam penggunaan instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan ini yaitu pada tugas mengukur volume aquades pada gelas ukur sebanyak 10,3% siswa, dan pada tugas mengocok tabung reaksi 2, 3 dan 4 kemudian membandingkan warnanya dengan tabung reaksi 1 serta mencatat hasil pengamatan sebanyak 3,4% siswa. Kata kunci : pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja, penilaian kinerja, pengaruh konsentrasi terhadap pergeseran arah kesetimbangan The research aims to produce quality the instrument of performance assessment which valid and reliable for practice on the effect of concentration changes on the position of equilibrium. The research method used is development and validation. The instrument used for this research such as instrument validation format of performance assessment and format of performance assessment observation. Participants of this research are high school students grade XI in science class. Quality of performance assessment instrument which developed, determine by content validity test and interrater reliability. Based on results of research, the performance assessment instrument which developed has very high content validity (CVR=1) and value total reliability is very high (0, 94). The performance assessment instrument which developed can show students performance on practicum. Students has varied performance on the effect of concentration changes on the position of equilibrium practicum, the performance student of category of excellent, good, and fair. The performance student hasn’t be revealed optimally on used performance assessment instrument which developed on measure aquades volume task of 10,3% student, and shake reaction tube number 2, 3, 4 then compared reaction tube number 1 and write result of practicum of 3,4% student.
