Abstract

Tésis ieu judulna “Babandingan Kumpulan Carpon Nu Harayang Dihargaan jeung Rusiah Kaopatwelas Karya Darpan pikeun Alternatif Bahan Pangajaran Sastra Di SMA (Tilikan Struktural jeung Étnopédagogik). Panalungtikan ieu miboga tujuan pikeun ngabandingkeun carpon mana tina dua buku kumpulan carpon karya Darpan nu leuwih cocog pikeun bahan pangajaran, boh ditilik tina strukturna, boh étnopédagogikna. Salian éta panalungtik miboga rasa kapanasaran ka karya pangarang nu urang Karawang. Métodeu anu digunakeun dina panalungtikan ieu nya éta métodeu kualitatif, métodeu déskriptif, jeung téhnik anu digunakeun nya éta studi pustaka. Dina hasil panalungtikan, 80% carpon nu dianalisis tina dua kumpulan carpon Nu Harayang Dihargaan jeung Rusiah Kaopatwelas ngabogaan struktur jeung ajén atikan karakter. Hasil analisis struktur nu ngawengku téma, fakta carita, jeung sarana sastra, ngabuktikeun yén téma kamanusaan leuwih museur tina dua kumpulan carpon. Téma kamanusaan di dieu leuwih nyoko kana luhungna martabat manusa jeung ajén-inajén pituah kolot ka anakna. galur anu dipaké ku pangarang dina dua kumpulan carpon leuwih museur kana galur mérélé jeung bobok tengah. Latar nu mindeng dipaké leuwih ngagambarkeun daérah basisir, sedengkeun puseur implengan leuwih nyoko kana jalma katilu teu kaséngkér. Dina analisis ajén atikan karakter leuwih museur kana ajén semangat kebangsaan, jujur, menghargai préstasi, religi, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, demokrasi, rasa ingin tahu, mandiri, peduli sosial, jeung tanggung jawab. Kacindekan tina analisis dua kumpulan carpon nuduhkeun yén boh kumpulan carpon Nu Harayang Dihargaan jeung kumpulan carpon Rusiah Kaopatwelas miboga struktur jeung, ajén atikan karakter. Hasil panalungtikan bisa dimangpaatkeun pikeun alternatif bahan pangajaran sastra di SMA, jeung bisa digunakeun pikeun pieunteungeun dina kahirupan sapopoé. Kata kunci : kumpulan carpon, bahan ajar, struktur, étnopédagogik. This study entitled ” A Comparison between Collection of Short Stories Nu Harayang Dihargaan and Rusiah Kaopatwelas by Darpan for Alternative Learning Material of Literature at SMA (Structural And Ethnopedagogical Study)”. The purpose of this study was to compare short stories of two collections of short stories by Darpan that were structurally and ethnopedagogically suitable for learning material. Besides, the writer was anxious to analyze work by an author from Karawang. In this study, the writer used descriptive – qualitative method and literary survey as the technique. According to the result of this study, 80% of analyzed short stories on two collections of short stories Nu Harayang Dihargaan and Rusiah Kaopatwelas had structure and value of character education. The result of structure analysis that included theme, story fact, and literature means proved that theme of humanity were more dominant in the two collections of short stories. In this case, theme of humanity more centered to human prestige and value of advice from parents to their children. The writer used progressive and flashback as the plot of story. Then, setting of place that mostly used more illustrated seashore and the writer used not eliminated - third person point of view. In analyzing value of character education, the writer found some dominant values such as nationality spirit, honesty, appreciate achievement, religious, tolerance, discipline, hard working, democracy, curiosity, independent, social care and responsibility. Conclusion of analyzing two collections of short stories showed that collection of short stories Nu Harayang Dihargaan and Rusiah Kaopatwelas had structure and value of character education. The result of this study can be used as alternative learning material of Literature at SMA and reflection in daily life.
