Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pembelajaran praktikum terhadap literasi inkuiri ilmiah dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII pada materi sistem pencernaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain “pretest-posttest nonequivalent multiple-group design”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Ada dua kelas yang digunakan sebagai sampel: kelas eksperimen 1 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelas eksperimen 2 yang menerapkan pembelajaran praktikum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi inkuiri ilmiah dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif, sedangkan angket respon untuk menjaring tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata yang signifikan antara kemampuan literasi inkuiri ilmiah dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada kedua kelas penelitian. Hasil angket membuktikan bahwa hampir seluruh siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran yang diterapkan. This research aimed to analyze the effects of project-based learning and practical learning for scientific inquiry literacy and creative thinking skills of eighth grade students in the digestive system material. The quassy experiment was designing with "pretest-posttest nonequivalent multiple group design". The subjects was at a middle school in Purwakarta. There were two classes used as the samples: the experimental class 1 which was applying the project-based learning model and the experimental class 2 which was applying the practical learning. Data analyzing by the pretest and the posttest to measure the scientific inquiry literacy and the creative thinking skills of the students, while the questionnaires were meant to solicit students’ responses about the applied learning. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 21 program. The result showed that there was no significant difference between the scientific literacy inquiry skills and creative thinking skills of students in both researched classes. The questionnaire results prove that almost all of the students gave a positive response for the applied learning.
