Abstract

Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini ingin mengetahui hasil Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) sebagai kesiapan guru produktif di SMK Pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang bagaimana manfaat hasil Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) sebagai kesiapan guru produktif di SMK Pariwisata, berkaitan dengan tahap perencanaan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan tahap peaksanaan kegiatan mengajar di kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga angkatan 2011 UPI Bandung dengan menggunakan sampel total atau jenuh berjumlah 33 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil PPL berkaitan perencanaan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan kegiatan mengajar di kelas berada pada kriteria bermanfaat. Saran ditujukan kepada mahasiswa agar senantiasa menambah pengetahuan pada tahap menyusun perangkat pembelajaran dan melaksanakan kegiatan mengajar di kelas, sehingga mahasiswa siap menjadi seorang guru produktif di SMK Pariwisata. Kata kunci : Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), guru produktif SMK The background of the problem of this study want to know the result of the Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) as the readiness of the teacher earning in vocational school of tourism. This study aims to get information about how the benefits of the Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) as the readiness of the teacher earning in vocational school of tourism, associated with the planning stages of preparation of a learning device and stage of the implementation activities in the classroom. The reaserch method used is the sort of descriptive set of using the questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The population and the sample is a student the Course of Study of Education the Food 2011 UPI of Bandung by using a sample of the total or satrated as many as 33 students. The results showed that the PPL is planning the preparation of a learning device and the implementation of activities in the classroom is on the criteria useful. Suggestions intended for students to increase knowledge on the stage planning of a learning device and stage of implementation in the classroom, so that students ready to be a teacher earning in vocational school of tourism.
