Abstract

Pemanfaatan model atau metode yang tepat dalam pembelajaran di kelas menjadi salahsatu faktor keberhasilan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Berlatarbelakang fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengujicobakan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam pembelajaran menulis pantun. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan kemampuan menulis pantun kelas eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelas kontrol dengan metode ceramah, serta menggambarkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis pantun pada siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di SMA Negeri 6 Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas XI SMAN 6 Bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan subjek penelitian kelas XI IIS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung adalah 2,5. Dengan menggunakan derajat kebebasan 48 diketahui harga ttabel dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% adalah 2,012. Hal ini berarti bahwa thitung ttabel atau 2,5 2,012, menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis pantun.

Utilization of the model or the exact method in the classroom become one of the main success factors for learning activities. Background on this phenomenon, this study was conducted to pilot the implementation of project-based learning model in teaching writing pantun. This study aimed to describe the ability to write pantun before and after the experiment class applied project-based learning model and grade control with the lecture method, and describes the significant differences between students ability to write pantun in the experimental class and control class in SMAN 6 Bandung. The method in this study is quasi-experimental research design with pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted in class XI SMAN 6 Bandung academic year 2014/2015 with a research subject in class XI IIS 3 as an experimental class XI and class IIS 2 as the control class. Based on the analysis of data, obtained t is 2.5. By using 48 degrees of freedom known ttable price with 95% confidence level is 2,012. This means that t-count t-table or 2.5 2,012, showed that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Project-based learning model proved to be effective to apply in learning to write poetry.
