Abstract
Perpustakaan Prasekolah TK Dzikra Kids Rancaekek memiliki keunikan dimana program perpustakaan storytelling sudah berintegrasi kedalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya pada indikator membaca dan menulis, namun untuk indikator berhitung belum adanya kolaborasi antara guru dan pustakawan untuk menintegrasikan program storytelling pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sebelum dan sesudah implementasi program storytelling untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas TK B yang berjumlah 8 (delapan) orang. Berdasarkan analisis dari data pada 2 kali siklus terlihat kemampuan berhitung peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang positif pada siklus kedua. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil evaluasi berdasarkan presentase pra siklus yakni 12,5%, dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I yakni 75% dan pada siklus II sebesar 87,5%. Dengan demikian implementasi program storytelling memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berhitung siswa TK Dzikra Kids Rancaekek Preschool Dzikra Kids Kindergarten Library Rancaekek has its own uniqueness in which the library program of storytelling has been integrated into the learning activity, especially in reading and writing. However, there was lack of collaboration between teachers and librarians to integrate storytelling program on teaching and learning activity in Numeracy. This research aims to determine the condition before and after the implementation of the storytelling program to increase students’ numeracy ability. This study used a collaborative classroom action research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The samples of this research were eight class B kindergarten students. Based on the analysis of data on two cycles, the first and second cycles, there was a positive increase in the second cycle. It can be seen from the results of the evaluation from the percentage of pre-cycle that was 12.5%, and 75% of the first cycle and 87.5% of the second cycle. It means that the implementation of the program shows significant increase on numeracy ability among kindergarten students of Dzikra Kids Rancaekek.
