Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanaiklimsekolah di sekolahdasar se-KecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubang, bagaimanakinerja guru di sekolahdasar se-KecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubang, sertaseberapabesarpengaruhiklimsekolahterhadapkinerja guru di sekolahdasar se-KecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitianiniadalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SekolahDasar Se-KecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubang. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniyaitumetodedeskriptifdenganpendekatankuantitatif yang ditunjangolehstudikepustakaan. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakanmelaluiangkettertutupdengan 4 skalapenilaian (likert). Populasi yang dijadikansumber data dalampenelitianiniadalah guru di sekolahdasar se-kecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubangsebanyak 391 guru, dengansampel yang diambilyaitusebanyak 151 guru. Berdasarkanhasilpengolahan data yang dihitungdenganmenggunakanteknik WMS (Weight Means Scored) menunjukanbahwa rata-rata kecenderunganumumuntukvariabel X (IklimSekolah) sebesar 3.26. nilaitersebutjikadikonsultasikandengantabel WMS termasukdalamkategorisangatbaik. Sedangkan rata-rata kecenderunganumumuntukvariabel Y (Kinerja Guru) Sebesar 3.41. nilaitersebutjikadikonsultasikandengantabel WMS termasukdalamkategorisangatbaik.Besaranpengaruhvariabel X terhadapvariabel Y ditunjukandarihasilujikoefisiendeterminasisebesar 15.9% yang artinya 85,1% dipengaruhiolehfaktor lain.Persamaanregresi Y atas X adalahŶ =30.103 + 0.399,artinyasetiapterjadiperubahan (peningkatanataupenurunan) satupoinpadavariabel X, makaakandiikuti pula olehperubahanvariabel Y sebesar 0.399.Berdasarkantafsirandarihasilpengolahan data tersebut, penelitimenarikkesimpulanbahwaIklimSekolahberpengaruhsignifikasnterhadapmeningkatnyaKinerja Guru di SekolahDasar se-KecamatanPatokbeusiKabupatenSubang. The research problem is how the school climateinelementary schoolatDistrict ofPatokbeusiSubang, how the performance ofteachers in elementary schoolsat District ofPatokbeusiSubang, andhow much influence theschool climateon the performance ofteachers in elementary schoolsatDistrict ofPatokbeusiSubang. The purposeofof this research istoobtainan overview of theschoolclimateinfluencesthe performance of teachersinelementary schoolsat District Patokbeusi of Subang.The method used inthis research isdescriptive method with aquantitative approachthat is supportedbythe study of literature. Data collection techniquesusedthrough thequestionnaireenclosedwith a 4rating scale(Likert). Populationisused as a sourceof datain this study wereteachers in primary schoolsthroughoutthe subdistrictPatokbeusiSubang391teachers, withsamples takenas many as151teachers. Based on theresults of data processingtechniqueswerecalculated usingthe WMS(WeightMeansScored) showedthat the averagegeneral tendencyfor the variableX(School Climate) at3,26. that valueifconsultedwithWMStablesincluded in theexcellent category. While the averagegeneral trendin Y(teacher performance) As much as3,41. that valueifconsultedwithWMStablesincluded in theexcellent category. The magnitude ofthe effect of variableX to variableYis shownfrom thetest resultsof determination coefficient of15.9%, which means 85.1%influenced by other factors. The regression equationof YonX isŶ =30.103+0.399, meaning thatany change(increase ordecrease)of thepoints onthe variableX, it will befollowedby achange ofvariableY for0399. Based on theinterpretationofthe data processing, the researchers concludethat theSchoolClimateinfluencesofincreasingsignifikasnthe Performance of Teachers inElementary Schoolat District ofPatokbeusiSubang.
