Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “hubungan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dengan motivasi belajar siswa”.Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah “mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK oleh guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa aspek motif kognitif (cognitive motives), aspekpenampilan diri (self expression), dan aspek kemajuan diri (self enchancement)”.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 orang siswa SMPN 1 Paseh dan 30 orang guru SMPN 1 Paseh yang dipilih secara acak. Dikarenakan data uji normalitas dalam penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, maka analisis korelasi menggunakan rumus ujikorelasiProduct MomentdariKarl Pearson, pada uji dua pihak (two tail) dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95% atau a = 0,05,selanjutnya dilakukan uji signifikasi, dan uji determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa secara umum penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK oleh guru mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswaaspek motif kognitif (cognitive motives), aspekpenampilan diri (self expression), dan aspek kemajuan diri (self enchancement). Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK oleh guru dalam pembelajaran diatur oleh kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan TIK. Kompetensi guru adalah seperangkat kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar profesional di bidangnya. Penguasaan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pada dasarnya dapat membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa, terutama media pembelajaran berbasis TIK karena memiliki konten yang bervariasi, dan dapat dirancang dengan menarik untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan mandiri. Peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam belajar tentunya behubungan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar dan prestasi siswa. This research destination to know”correlation between the use ICT based instractional media by teachers with students motivation. The specific destination of this research is “knowing correlation between the use ICT based instructional media by teacher aspect cognitive motives, aspect self expression, and aspect self enchancement”. The method used is adescriptive correlational research methods with quantitative approachesthe research instrument used in the form of a quostionnaire. The study sample consisted of 30 students of SMPN 1 Paseh and 30 teachers SMPN 1 Paseh randomly selected. Dou to the normality test data in this study are normally distributed, then the correlation analysis using the formula Product Moment Correlation test of Karl Pearson the two tail with a confidence level of 95% or a = 0,05, then performed significance test, and the test determination. Based on the result of research in the field, it can be concluded, that in general the use of ICT based instructional media by teachers affects student motivation aspect cognitive motives, aspect self expression, and aspect self enchancement. The use and utilization of ICT based learning media by the teacher in the learning set by teacher competence in using ICT. Teacher competence is a skills that teachers must possess a professional in his field. Acquisition and utilization of intructional media can basically raise students motivation, ICT based instructional media, especially as it has a varied content, and can be designed to be interesting to create an active and independend learning. Increasing students motuvation in learning certainly relate to the improvement of learning outcomes and student achievement.
