    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya interaksi sosial dan faktor psikologis internal dalam mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri dan Swasta di Kecamatan Lembang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 249 siswa yang dipilih secara acak (simple random sampling). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei eksplanatori dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan bantuan SPSS dan PROCESS Macro by Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) interaksi teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa; (2) sikap berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa; dan (4) sikap dan efikasi diri terbukti memediasi pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan akademik tidak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor kognitif, namun juga dipengaruhi oleh kualitas hubungan sosial dan kepercayaan diri siswa. This study is motivated by the importance of social interaction and internal psychological factors in supporting students’ learning achievement in economics. The population consisted of eleventh-grade students of public and private senior high schools in Lembang District. A total of 249 students were selected through simple random sampling. This research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach and used path analysis with the aid of SPSS and PROCESS Macro by Hayes. The results revealed that: (1) peer interaction influences students’ learning outcomes in economics; (2) attitude affects students’ learning outcomes; (3) self-efficacy affects students’ learning outcomes; and (4) attitude and self-efficacy significantly mediate the influence of peer interaction on students’ learning outcomes. These findings emphasize that academic success is not solely determined by cognitive factors but also shaped by the quality of social relationships and students’ confidence in their abilities.
