    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat menjadi guru di UPI, yang dimana UPI merupakan salah satu universitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi profesi guru, pembelajaran mikro, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa kependidikan FPEB UPI. Teori yang digunakan adalah Theory of Planned Behavior yang dikemukakan oleh Icek Ajzen 1991. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimen (survei). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 180 mahasiswa Kependidikan FPEB UPI angkatan 2022 yang telah mengontrak mata kuliah pembelajaran mikro dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear multipel dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic 31. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi profesi guru, pembelajaran mikro, lingkungan keluarga, dan minat menjadi guru berada dalam kriteria tinggi. Hasil pengujian keberartian regresi menunjukkan bahwa regresi berarti dan dapat digunakan dalam menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil pengujian koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi profesi guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru, pembelajaran mikro berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru. This study was motivated by the low interest in becoming a teacher at UPI, which is known as one of Indonesia’s leading teacher education universities.. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of teacher profession perception, microteaching, and family environment on the interest in becoming a teacher among education students of FPEB UPI. The theoretical framework used is the Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Icek Ajzen (1991). This research employed descriptive and verification methods through a non-experimental quantitative approach (survey). The research sample consisted of 180 education students of FPEB UPI class of 2022 who had taken the microteaching course, selected using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 31 software. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that teacher profession perception, microteaching, family environment, and interest in becoming a teacher fall into the high category. The results of the regression significance test show that the regression is significant and can be used to draw research conclusions. The regression coefficient test results indicate that teacher profession perception has no significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher, microteaching has a positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher, and family environment has a positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher.
