Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dirancang untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning dengan teknik PORPE terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 15 Bandung pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kelas eksperimen (model Problem-Based Learning dengan teknik PORPE) dan kelas kontrol (pembelajaran konvensional). Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, di mana kelas eksperimen memperoleh peningkatan kemampuan berpikir analitis yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Oleh karena itu, model Problem-Based Learning dengan teknik PORPE efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analitis peserta didik dan dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Kata Kunci: Problem-Based Learning, Teknik PORPE, Berpikir Analitis, Pendidikan Pancasila Education is a conscious effort designed to create a learning environment that supports the development of students' thinking skills. This study aims to examine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model integrated with the PORPE technique on the analytical thinking skills of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 15 Bandung in the subject of Pancasila Education. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study involved an experimental class (Problem-Based Learning with PORPE technique) and a control class (conventional learning). The results of the analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups, with the experimental class demonstrating a greater improvement in analytical thinking skills than the control class. Therefore, the Problem-Based Learning model with the PORPE technique is effective in enhancing students' analytical thinking skills and can be implemented in Pancasila Education.
