    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran role playing dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Adapun masalah yang terlihat yakni kesulitan dalam koordinasi gerak, lemahnya komunikasi, kurangnya rasa tanggung jawab, kurangnya rasa saling menghargai, dan rendahnya kemampuan berkompromi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pre-experimental design dengan pola one-group pretest-posttest dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes kinerja siswa, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX-D SMP Negeri 1 Dayeuhkolot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kerjasama siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran role playing. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kenaikan rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test pada lima indikator kerjasama, yaitu koordinasi gerak kelompok, komunikasi efektif, tanggung jawab peran, sikap saling menghargai, dan kemampuan berkompromi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung sebesar 72,589, sedangkan t_tabel sebesar 2,01954, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran role playing efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Cooperation in dance learning is inseparable from the context of group dance. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the role playing learning model in improving students' cooperation skills in dance education. The observed problems include difficulties in movement coordination, weak communication, lack of responsibility, low mutual respect, and poor compromising ability. This research employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, student performance tests, and interviews. The research subjects were students of class IX-D at SMP Negeri 1 Dayeuhkolot. The results showed an improvement in students' cooperation skills after the implementation of the role playing learning model. This was evidenced by the increase in the average scores of the pre-test and post-test across the five cooperation indicators: movement coordination, effective communication, role responsibility, mutual respect, and the ability to compromise. The hypothesis testing using a t-test revealed a t_calc=72.589, while the t_tab=2.01954, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Therefore, it can be concluded that the role playing learning model is effective in enhancing students' cooperation skills in dance education.
