Abstract
Anak tunagrahita adalah anak yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam perkembangan kecerdasan. Mereka dianggap tidak mampu mengoperasikan peralatan, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan tidak mampu bekerja, sehingga memerlukan pengembangan pembelajaran vokasional, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran vokasional tatagraha berbasis magang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program pembelajaran vokasional tata graha berbasis magang pada siswa kelas XI tunagrahita ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 1 orang anak tunagrahita ringan kelas XI, 1 orang guru keterampilan tatagraha kelas XI dan 1 orang mitra toko.Tahap pertama menggali profil kemampuan vokasional tatagraha siswa kelas XI tunagrahita ringan dan profil pelaksanaan program vokasional tatagraha di SLB Pelita Insan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap kedua menggali harapan pihak toko terkait kompetensi kerja siswa tunagrahita yang mengacu pada Standar Operasional Prosedur ( SOP ) yang berlaku. Pengembangan program pembelajaran vokasional tatagraha berbasis magang dirancang secara menyeluruh dengan melibatkan para ahli dan guru dan divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak tunagrahita ringan mampu melakukan vokasional tatagraha, yang dimulai dengan mengenal alat dan bahan, mempraktekkan menyapu serta mampu mengerjakan tugas tanpa perintah dan mampu bekerja sama. Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan pembelajaran vokasional tatagraha di SLB Pelita Insan, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran vokasional tatagraha dilaksanakan sesuai kurikulum. Harapan mitra toko mencakup dua aspek kompetensi yaitu kemampun soft skill dan kemampuan hard skill. Hasil uji kelayakan program pembelajaran vokasional tatagraha berbasis magang menurut mitra toko dinyatakan layak sebagai pedoman pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pembelajaran vokasional berbasis magang sebagai acuan dalam proses pembelajaran. Children with intellectual disabilities are children who experience delays in intellectual development. They are considered incapable of operating equipment, communicating effectively, and working, thus requiring vocational learning development, one of which is vocational learning based on apprenticeships. This study aims to develop a vocational learning program based on apprenticeships for grade XI students with mild intellectual disabilities. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with 1 subject of mildly intellectually disabled grade XI students, 1 grade XI home economics teacher, and 1 store partner. The first stage explores the profile of the vocational home economics skills of mildly intellectually disabled grade XI students and the profile of the implementation of the vocational home economics program at SLB Pelita Insan. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The second stage explored the expectations of the store regarding the work competencies of students with intellectual disabilities, referring to the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The development of a vocational learning program based on apprenticeships was designed comprehensively with the involvement of experts and teachers and was validated. The results of the study showed that children with mild intellectual disabilities were able to perform vocational tasks, starting with learning about tools and materials, practicing sweeping, and being able to work without instructions and collaborate with others. Furthermore, the implementation of vocational housekeeping learning at SLB Pelita Insan, the planning and implementation of vocational housekeeping learning is carried out in accordance with the curriculum. The expectations of store partners cover two aspects of competence, namely soft skills and hard skills. The results of the feasibility test for the internship-based vocational learning program for housekeeping according to shop partners were declared suitable as a learning guideline. The research results are expected to serve as a reference in apprenticeship-based vocational learning as a guideline in the learning process.
