Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya kelancaran prosedural matematis pada materi operasi perkalian bersusun bilangan cacah sampai 100 siswa fase B sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran belum memfasilitasi penggunaan bahan ajar dan metode pembelajaran yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa sehingga diperlukan penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan matematika yaitu bahan ajar Siansun berbasis pendekatan CPA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas bahan ajar Siansun berbasis pendekatan CPA terhadap peningkatan kelancaran prosedural matematis siswa SD fase B supaya dapat membuktikan bahwa bahan ajar ini mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kelancaran prosedural matematis siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental design yaitu one group pre-test-post-test design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 21 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kelancaran prosedural matematis siswa yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji perbedaan rerata menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap skor N-Gain, keefektifan bahan ajar “Siansun” berbasis pendekatan CPA berada pada kriteria tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar Siansun berbasis pendekatan CPA efektif untuk meningkatkan kelancaran prosedural matematis siswa SD fase B pada materi operasi hitung perkalian bersusun bilangan cacah sampai 100. This research is motivated by the problem of low mathematical procedural fluency in the material of multiplication operations of whole numbers up to 100 students of phase B elementary school. This is because the learning activities have not facilitated the use of teaching materials and learning methods that are not in accordance with the needs of students so that it is necessary to use teaching materials based on a mathematical approach, namely Siansun teaching materials based on the CPA approach. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Siansun teaching materials based on the CPA approach to improving mathematical procedural fluency of phase B elementary school students in order to prove that these teaching materials are able to support the learning process and have a positive impact on students' mathematical procedural fluency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, namely one group pre-test-post-test design. The research sample was 21 fourth grade students. The instrument used was a test. The results showed a significant increase in students' mathematical procedural fluency between before and after being given treatment. This was proven through a mean difference test using the Wilcoxon test. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the N-Gain score, the effectiveness of the "Siansun" teaching material based on the CPA approach is at the high criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Siansun teaching material based on the CPA approach is effective in improving the mathematical procedural fluency of elementary school students in phase B on the material of arithmetic operations of stacked multiplication of whole numbers up to 100.
