    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan data prestasi belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya siswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM. Fenomena ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya faktor yang berasal dari eksternal yaitu motivasi belajar dan internal yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar menggunakan teori belajar konstruktivisme Vygotsky melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Data yang diolah bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung dengan sampel 44 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berada pada kategori kondusif dan tingkat motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi serta lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap prestasi belajar. The problem examined in this study is the suboptimal academic achievement of students in the Office Technology subject at SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung. Based on student performance data, many student still score below the minimum competency standard (KKM). This phenomenon is influenced by several factors, including external factors such as the family environment and internal factors such as students’ learning motivation. This study aims to identify the factors that affect academic achievement using Vygitsky’s constructivism leaning theory through a quantitative approach with multiple resression analysis techniques. The data were collecte through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population of this study is Grade XI and XII students in the Office Automation and Governance Program at SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung, with a sample of 44 students.This study employed a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the sample. The result of the study show that the family environment is classified as conducive and students’ learning motivation is categorized as high. Both the family environment and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect, both simultanesously and partially, on students’ academic achievement.
