    Abstract

    Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum yang memberikan kebebasan dalam belajar dengan suasana yang tidak terasa mengikat diri dan tidak merasa terbebani bagi siswa. Bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi diri dan minat siswa, serta menciptakan pendidikan yang lebih menyenangkan bagi siswa dan guru. Guru BK berperan dalam membantu siswa menggali bakat, minat dan potensi lain, karena pilihan mata pelajaran sangat menentukan dalam penetapan cita-cita yang relevan dengan jurusan yang akan diambil di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMAN 19 Bandung dan hamabatan yang dihadapi guru BK dalam peneranaran kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMAN 19 Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, instrument wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK dengan lulusan S1 bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dalam penerapan kurikulm merdeka guru BK harus membuat perencanaan program untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa, dalam pengorganisasian layanan melakukan kerjasama dengan keluarga dan masyarakat serta berkolaborasi dengan guru mata pelajaran. Pada evaluasi program bisa menyeseuaikan dengan prinsip kurikulum merdeka, dalam pelaksanaannya semua stakeholder sekolah ikut terlibat dan pada implementasi program guru BK memberikan layanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. The independent curriculum is a curriculum that provides freedom in learning with an atmosphere that does not feel self-binding and does not feel burdened for students. It aims to develop students' potential and interests, and create a more enjoyable education for students and teachers. Counseling teachers play a role in helping students explore their talents, interests and other potentials, because the choice of subjects is very decisive in setting goals that are relevant to the majors to be taken in college. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of an independent curriculum to guidance and counseling services at SMAN 19 Bandung and the obstacles faced by counseling teachers in implementing an independent learning curriculum at SMAN 19 Bandung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview instrument and documentation study. The research subjects in this study were counseling teachers with a bachelor's degree in guidance and counseling. The results of the study revealed that in implementing the independent curriculum, the counseling teacher must make program planning to identify student needs, in organizing services to collaborate with families and communities and collaborate with subject teachers. In evaluating the program, it can adjust to the principles of an independent curriculum, in its implementation all school stakeholders are involved and in the implementation of the counseling teacher program provides services according to student needs.
