Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh data kuesioner yang menunjukan perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Untuk merespons hal itu maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa, kreativitas guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA dan SMP sebanyak 138 siswa dan sampel guru olahraga sebanyak 13 guru. Penelitian ini menggunak metode analisis jalur adapun nilai e1= 0,344 yang didapat melalui analisis jalur pada penelitian ini. Terdapat peran antara motivasi belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru secara bersama terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Ditemukan korelasi sebesar (R) = 0,939 dengan p-value 0,000. Selain itu didapat koefisien determinasi sebesar (R 2 ) = 0,881 hal ini berarti variabel Hasil Belajar Siswa ditentukan oleh motivasi belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru sebesar 88,1% sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu sebesar 11,9% hal ini menunjukan bahwa peran motivasi belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru dapat menjadi salah satu faktor dalam menunjang hasil belajar siswa. This research is motivated by questionnaire data that shows the acquisition of student learning outcomes in physical education, sports and health. To respond to this, the researcher conducted an action study that aims to increase student motivation, teacher creativity and student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative method using a correlation technique. The sample in this study is 138 high school and junior high school students and a sample of 13 sports teachers. This study uses the path analysis method while the value of e1 = 0.344 is obtained through path analysis in this study. There is a relationship between student learning motivation and teacher creativity together on student learning outcomes. A correlation of (R) = 0.939 with a p-value of 0.000 was found. In addition, a determination coefficient of (R2) = 0.881 was obtained, this means that the variable of Student Learning Outcomes was determined by student learning motivation and teacher creativity by 88.1%, while the rest was determined by other variables that were not studied, namely 11.9% this shows that the relationship between student learning motivation and teacher creativity can be one of the factors in supporting student learning outcomes.
