Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sekolah dalam mengatasi kasus bullying di SDN Wargiluyu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, staf, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bullying yang sering terjadi mencakup fisik, verbal, sosial, dan cyberbullying, dengan lokasi kejadian yang dominan di area minim pengawasan seperti toilet dan kantin. Faktor penyebab utama antara lain tekanan teman sebaya, pola asuh keluarga, kurangnya pemahaman siswa, dan lemahnya pengawasan. Upaya manajemen sekolah meliputi penerapan kebijakan anti-bullying, peningkatan pengawasan, sosialisasi, pelatihan guru, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua, dan ketakutan siswa untuk melapor. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan koordinasi, sistem pelaporan yang aman, dan pendekatan edukatif berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan bebas bullying.

This study aims to analyze school management in dealing with bullying cases at SDN Wargiluyu. Using a qualitative approach through a case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, field notes and documentation of the principal, teachers, staff, students, and parents. The results of the study indicate that the forms of bullying that often occur include physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying, with the location of the incident predominantly in areas with minimal supervision such as toilets and canteens. The main causal factors include peer pressure, family parenting patterns, lack of student understanding, and weak supervision. School management efforts include implementing anti-bullying policies, increasing supervision, socialization, teacher training, and cooperation with parents. However, its implementation is still constrained by limited resources, low parental involvement, and students' fear of reporting. This study recommends the need for strengthened coordination, a safe reporting system, and a sustainable educational approach to create a safe and bullying-free school environment.
