    Abstract

    Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Lembaga/instansi pemerintah di SMK Negeri 1 Bojongpicung. Penulisan dimulai tanggal 18 Agustus 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 28 Agustus 2024. Bentuk penulisan ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel dalam penulisan ini adalah kelas XI AKL 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan dan kelas XI AKL 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan observasi. Data motivasi belajar siswa dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Analisis inferensial yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji perbandingan rata-rata (uji-t). Berdasarkan uji-t, diperoleh t hitung = 24,44155 dan t tabel = 2,03452. Maka t hitung > t tabel, artinya terdapat perbedaan antara motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray. Hasil data diperoleh bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray lebih baik dibanding dengan motivasi belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray. Dari hasil penulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Bojongpicung. This study aims to investigate the effect of the two stay two stray type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of class XI students in the subject of Accounting Practicum for Government Institutions / agencies at SMK Negeri 1 Bojongpicung. The research began on August 18, 2024 until August 28, 2024. This form of research is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling using purposive sampling, the samples in this study were class XI AKL 3 as the experimental class given the treatment and class XI AKL 1 as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using questionnaire techniques and observation. Student learning motivation data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Inferential analysis carried out is normality test, homogeneity test and mean comparison test (t-test). Based on the t-test, obtained t count = 24,44155 and t table = 2.03452. So t count> t table, meaning that there is a difference between student learning motivation before and after using the two stay two stray type cooperative learning model. The data results showed that students' learning motivation using the two stay two stray type cooperative learning model was better than the learning motivation of students who did not use the two stay two stray type cooperative learning model. From the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an effect of the two stay two stray type cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Bojongpicung.
