Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong masyarakat beralih ke platform digital, termasuk dalam pelatihan Bahasa Inggris berbasis online untuk tenaga administrasi guna meningkatkan keterampilan profesional secara fleksibel. Namun, keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi peserta dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang belum optimal perlu diatasi untuk efektivitas program. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tiga aspek utama dalam evaluasi pembelajaran pada Program Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris berbasis online bagi tenaga administrasi. Pertama, mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan instruktur mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran. Kedua, mengkaji proses pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran online dalam pelatihan ini. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam evaluasi pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan pihak penyelenggara, instruktur, serta peserta pelatihan. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yaitu : 1) Instruktur pada program pelatihan ini telah memahami konsep dan teknis dalam evaluasi pembelajaran secara offline maupun online. 2) Proses evaluasi pembelajaran online pada program ini dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil yang sudah sesuai dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memahami materi dengan baik, meskipun terdapat peserta yang hanya formalitas dalam mengikuti pelatihan. 3) Faktor pendukung evaluasi pembelajaran online meliputi motivasi peserta yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, dukungan keluarga, komunikasi yang efektif, serta ketersediaan sarana digital yang memadai. Namun, terdapat faktor penghambatnya, seperti rendahnya motivasi sebagian peserta, kendala jaringan internet, keterbatasan fasilitas bagi peserta dengan kebutuhan khusus, serta gangguan dari lingkungan sosial. The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged people to shift to digital platforms, including in online-based English training for administrative personnel to improve professional skills in a flexible manner. However, participants' limited technological knowledge and suboptimal learning evaluation need to be addressed for program effectiveness. This study aims to describe three main aspects of learning evaluation in the online-based English Training Program for administrative staff. First, to identify the instructors' level of knowledge on learning evaluation. Second, to examine the implementation process of online learning evaluation in this training. Third, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the organizers, instructors, and training participants. The results obtained from this research are: 1) Instructors in this training program have understood the concepts and techniques in offline and online learning evaluation. 2) The online learning evaluation process in this program is carried out through planning, implementation and results that are in accordance with the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The results show that most participants understand the material well, although there are participants who are only formalities in participating in the training. 3) Supporting factors for online learning evaluation include participants' high motivation to improve their skills, family support, effective communication, and the availability of adequate digital facilities. However, there are inhibiting factors, such as low motivation of some participants, internet network constraints, limited facilities for participants with special needs, and interference from the social environment.
