    Abstract

    Peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas memiliki tugas perkembangan penting, yaitu mempersiapkan pilihan karier dengan mengembangkan efikasi diri karier yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan karier yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan karier untuk mengembangkan efikasi diri karier peserta didik sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan desain cross-sectional study. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument efikasi diri karier yang dikembangkan dengan pengujian keterbacaan, rasional, dan empiris. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Bandung sebanyak 429 orang. Hasil penelitian efikasi diri karier peserta didik menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan program bimbingan karier berdasarkan Panduan Operasional Penyelanggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) untuk mengembangkan efikasi diri karier peserta didik.

    Senior high school students have an essential developmental task: preparing for career choices by developing career self-efficacy, which supports appropriate career decision-making. This study aims to develop a career guidance program to enhance senior high school students' career self-efficacy. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method and a cross-sectional study design. Data collection was conducted using a career self-efficacy instrument developed through readability, rational, and empirical testing. This study utilizes a saturated sampling technique, involving all 429 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. The research findings on students' career self-efficacy serve as the foundation for designing a career guidance program based on the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of Guidance and Counseling (POP BK) to enhance students' career self-efficacy.
