Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) adalah inisiatif pembelajaran lintas disiplin yang bertujuan untuk mengamati dan memecahkan masalah di lingkungan sekitar. Program ini memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan kokurikuler, belajar dari pengalaman nyata, dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi lapangan dalam penerapan P5, mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan website untuk proyek tersebut, serta mengevaluasi proses pengembangan website secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Desain dan Pengembangan (D&D) dengan langkah-langkah penelitian model Product & Tool Research. Penelitian melibatkan 100 guru, terdiri dari 50 guru penggerak dan 50 guru bukan penggerak, di sekolah terakreditasi A dan B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan P5 antara guru penggerak dan bukan penggerak. Guru penggerak lebih aktif dalam mengintegrasikan P5 ke dalam kurikulum, sementara bukan guru penggerakmenunjukkan keterlibatan siswa yang lebih tinggi. Meskipun banyak sekolah telah menerapkan P5, tantangan seperti pemahaman siswa yang terbatas dan keterbatasan sumber daya masih ada. Peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru sangat penting untuk mendukung implementasi P5. Website P5 berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi akses informasi dan sumber daya, meskipun masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan. Validasi dari para ahli menunjukkan bahwa website ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang dianalisis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan teknologi oleh guru. ----------- The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a cross-disciplinary learning initiative aimed at observing and solving problems in the surrounding environment. This program provides opportunities for students to engage in co-curricular activities, learn from real experiences, and interact with the community. This research aims to analyze the field conditions in the implementation of P5, describe the design of the website development for the project, and evaluate the overall website development process. The method used is the Design and Development (D&D) model with steps from the Product & Tool Research model. The study involved 100 teachers, consisting of 50 driving teachers and 50 nondriving teachers, in schools accredited A and B. The results show significant differences in understanding and implementing P5 between driving and non-driving teachers. Driving teachers are more active in integrating P5 into the curriculum, while non-driving teachers show higher student engagement.Although many schools have implemented P5, challenges such as limited student understanding and resource constraints still exist. Increasing training for teachers is crucial to support the effective implementation of P5. The P5 website plays an important role in facilitating access to information and resources, although there is still room for improvement. Validation from experts indicates that this website is suitable for use as a learning medium. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the analyzed variables significantly influence the behavioral intention of technology use by teachers.
