Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebijaksanaan, mendeskripsikan implementasi yang diprogramkan, menemukan strategi guru serta menggambarkan keterampilan literasi budaya peserta didik di SDIT AGIS dan SD PERSIS melalui integrasi kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan dua lokasi penelitian yaitu SDIT AGIS dan SD PERSIS. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan teori Miles & Huberman. Adapun teknik pemeriksaan data dengan uji kepercayaan, uji kebergantungan, dan uji kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal di SDIT AGIS dan SD PERSIS berbasis keagamaan dilaksanakan melalui intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Kebijaksanaan SDIT AGIS dan SD PERSIS dengan mempertimbangkan local content yang menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap nilai budaya dibuktikannya dengan berbagai program dari manifestasi visi misi yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan nilai budaya Kota Serang. Implementasi program yang dilaksanakan SDIT AGIS yaitu ekstrakurikuler tari tradisional, marawis, kegiatan Maulid Nabi, Ramadhan Camp, program AGIS Literasi Award (AGLA), proyek bertemakan budaya, dan kunjungan ke tempat bersejarah, sedangkan program SD PERSIS yaitu ekstrakurikuler pencak silat, pidato bahasa Jawa Banten, pantomim, proyek bertemakan budaya, dan kunjungan ke tempat bersejarah. Strategi guru yang dilakukan oleh SDIT AGIS dan SD PERSIS melalui proses pengenalan dan pembiasaan. Penguatan keterampilan literasi budaya peserta didik yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dan dapat terlihat dari kepribadian peserta didik yang sejalan dengan nilai budaya lokal Serang. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar lebih banyak pendukung dan mengadakan kegiatan dalam rangka memberikan penguatan nilai kearifan lokal. The purpose of this research is to analyze policies, describe the programmed implementation, identify teacher strategies, and outline the cultural literacy skills of students at SDIT AGIS and SD PERSIS through the integration of religious-based Serang local wisdom. This research employs a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach, with two research locations, namely SDIT AGIS and SD PERSIS, the research subjects are the principal, vice principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is performed using Miles & Huberman theory. The data-checking technique used the credibility, dependability, and conformability. The results showed that integrating religious-based Serang local wisdom at SDIT AGIS and SD PERSIS is carried out through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. The policy of SDIT AGIS and SD PERSIS by considering local content that fosters a love for cultural values is evidenced by various programs from the manifestation of the vision and mission that connect with the cultural values of Serang City. The implementation of the program carried out by SDIT AGIS is an extracurricular traditional dance, marawis, Maulid Nabi activities, Ramadhan Camp, AGIS Literacy Award (AGLA) program, cultural-themed projects, and visits to historical places. In contrast, the SD PERSIS program is extracurricular pencak silat, Banten Javanese speech, pantomime, cultural-themed projects, and visits to historical places. The teacher strategy carried out by SDIT AGIS and SD PERSIS is through a process of introduction and habituation. The strengthening of students' cultural literacy skills which is carried out thoroughly has a significant impact and can be seen from the personality of students, especially in the aspect of Serang culture. Therefore, it is recommended to support and organize more similar activities in order to strengthen the value of local wisdom in each region.
