Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Layanan Sistem Informasi dan Kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Al-Manshuriyah dalam Penyaluran Tenaga Kerja Ke Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (Du/Di)”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai layanan sistem informasi yang diberikan dan kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Al-Manshuriyah dalam penyaluran lulusan sebagai tenaga kerja ke dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI). Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah karena TPT tamatan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan masih merupakan yang paling tinggi dibandingkan tamatan jenjang pendidikan lainnya, yaitu sebesar 9,60%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 162 orang yang terdiri dari alumni 2022 dan alumni 2023. Temuan dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat pengaruh Layanan Sistem Informasi (X1) dan Kinerja BKK (X2) secara simultan atau Bersama-sama sebesar 16,8% terhadap Penyaluran Tenaga Kerja (Y) dengan tingkat derajat hubungan sedang. Sedangkan 83,2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini ialah perlu adanya perbaikan berkelanjutan pada sistem informasi, promosi aktif, dan layanan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa juga penting untuk mempersiapkan mereka memasuki dunia kerja. Kinerja BKK juga dapat terus dioptimalkan melalui pelatihan dan pemberian penghargaan. This research is "The Influence of Information System Services and the Performance of the Special Job Fair (BKK) of Al-Manshuriyah Vocational School in the Distribution of Labor to the Business and Industrial Worlds (Du/Di)". In general, this research aims to obtain an overview of the information system services provided and the performance of the Al-Manshuriyah Vocational School Special Job Exchange (BKK) in distributing graduates as workers to the business and industrial world (DU/DI). The background to this research is that the TPT for Vocational High School graduates is still the highest compared to graduates of other levels of education, namely 9.60%. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with a research sample of 162 people consisting of 2022 alumni and 2023 alumni. The findings of this research are that there is an influence of Information System Services (X1) and BKK Performance (X2) simultaneously or together. the same as 16.8% of Labor Distribution (Y) with a medium degree of relationship. Meanwhile, the other 83.2% is influenced by other variables. The recommendation from this research is that there needs to be continuous improvement in information systems, active promotion and better services. Apart from that, providing guidance to students is also important to prepare them to enter the world of work. BKK performance can also continue to be optimized through training and giving awards.
