Abstract
Membangun generasi berkarakter jujur adalah kunci bagi terciptanya masyarakat yang berintegritas dan berkeadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islām (PAI) berbasis Living Values Education (LVE) dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan sikap kejujuran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan desain exploratory sequential, yakni diawali dengan tahap kualitatif melalui studi dokumentasi dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap kuantitatif melalui kuasi-eksperimen. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui Pretest dan Posttest yang menggunakan 30 item tes wawasan kejujuran, serta 40 item kuesioner sikap kejujuran. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis LVE meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan fokus pada internalisasi nilai. Sebelum perlakuan, kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata wawasan kejujuran sebesar 59,41 dan sikap kejujuran sebesar 149,58, sedangkan di kelas kontrol masing-masing sebesar 55,78 dan 152,11. Setelah perlakuan, nilai rata-rata wawasan kejujuran kelas eksperimen mencapai 85, dan sikap kejujuran mencapai 177,68, sementara kelas kontrol masing-masing sebesar 74 dan 156,11. Uji-t menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol pada hasil Posttest, menandakan model LVE mampu memberikan peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan uji N-Gain, diperoleh N-Gain Prosen sebesar 62,82% untuk wawasan kejujuran, dan 57,12 %untuk sikap kejujuran, yang berarti model LVE dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan sikap kejujuran siswa tercatat “Cukup Efektif”. Building a generation with honest character is the key to creating a society with integrity and justice. This study examines the effectiveness of the Living Values Education (LVE)—based Islām Religious Education (PAI) learning model in improving students' insight and attitude toward honesty. This research uses a mixed method approach with a sequential exploratory design, which begins with a qualitative stage through a documentation study and continues with a quantitative stage through a quasi-experiment. Quantitative data were collected through Pretest and Posttest using 30 honesty insight tests and 40 items of honesty attitude questionnaire. The results showed that the implementation of LVE-based PAI learning included planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, focusing on value internalization. Before treatment, the experimental class had an average value of insight into honesty of 59.41 and an attitude of honesty of 149.58, while in the control class, it was 55.78 and 152.11, respectively. After the treatment, the average value of insight into the honesty of the experimental class reached 85, and the attitude of honesty reached 177.68, while the control class was 74 and 156.11, respectively. The t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes on the Posttest results, indicating that the LVE model could increase the average value after treatment. Based on the N-Gain test, an N-Gain Percent of 62.82% was obtained for honesty insights and 57.12% for honesty attitudes. This means the LVE model in improving students' honesty insights and attitudes was recorded as "Moderately Effective".
