    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara analitis pembelajaran guru berbasis pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara di SMK Angkasa Kalijati Kota Subang, yang sedang mengalami penurunan motivasi belajar terhadap siswanya. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran guru dan konsep pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode triangulasi data temuan, melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian “Analisis Pembelajaran Berbasis Pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa”, menunjukkan bahwa guru belum sepenuhnya menerapkan konsep Pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara yang meliputi Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handyani, terlihat mulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta penilaian pembelajaran, belum sepenuhnya memenuhi asas sesuai kodrat alam dan zaman dari peserta didik, terlihat dari tahapan perencanaan pada Modul Ajar sebagian guru masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada saat menetapkan target peserta didik belum bedasarkan hasil asesmen diagnostik kognitif sebagaimana mestinya. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru sudah melaksanakan pedagogik Ki Hajar dewantara dengan peran sebagai pengelola, sumber belajar dan fasilitator namun belum mampu memberikan kebebasan kepada anak untuk berekspresi sesuai asas kemerdekaan pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara. Pada proses evaluasi atau penilaian, guru telah melaksanakan pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara namun belum sepenuhnya merealisasikan konsep pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara karena masih menyamaratakan format evaluasi terhadap seluruh siswa. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ditujukan sebagai upaya pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik di SMK Angkasa Kalijati - Subang dalam hal implementasi Pedagogik Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. This research focuses on the role of the teacher and Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogical concepts which are applied in learning to increase student learning motivation. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a triangulation method of finding data, through observation, interviews and document techniques. The results of the research "Analysis of Ki Hajar Dewantara's Pedagogical Based Learning to Increase Student Learning Motivation", show that teachers have not fully implemented the Ki Hajar Dewantara Pedagogical concept which includes Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handyani, which can be seen starting from lesson planning, The implementation of learning and assessment of learning does not fully meet the principles of being in accordance with the nature and era of students, as can be seen from the planning stages in the Teaching Module, some teachers still need to be improved, especially when setting targets for students is not based on the results of cognitive diagnostic assessments as they should be. In implementing learning, the teacher has implemented Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogy with the role of manager, learning resource and facilitator but has not been able to give children the freedom to express themselves in accordance with Ki Hajar Dewantara's principles of pedagogical independence. In the evaluation or assessment process, the teacher has implemented Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogy but has not fully realized Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogical concept because he still generalizes the evaluation format for all students. The results of this research are intended as an effort to develop pedagogical competence at Angkasa Kalijati Vocational School - Subang in terms of implementing Ki Hajar Dewantara's pedagogy in learning to increase student learning motivation.
