Abstract

Efesiensi waktu dalam melayani pelanggan berkaitan dengan sistem antrian, karena didalamnya tercakup jumlah unit pelayanan (server) yang dimiliki. Dengan menggunakan model antrian M/G/c yaitu model antrian dengan banyak kedatangan berdistribusi Poisson atau waktu antar kedatangan berdistribusi Eksponensial, penulis menganalisis antrian sistem kehadiran karyawan PT. PINDAD Persero untuk menentukan jumlah server optimal yang harus beroperasi. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa jumlah server yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan adalah enam sampai tujuh server untuk melayani pelanggan. Time efficiency in serving customers in relation to queuing systems, because in the number of units covered services (servers) owned. Using the queuing model M/G/c queue with many models, namely Poisson distributed arrival or inter-arrival time distribution is exponential, the authors analyze the queuing system employee attendance PT. PINDAD Persero to determine the optimal number of servers that must operate. From the calculation, that the number of servers required by the company is six to seven servers to serve customers.
