Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kepercayaan diri pada remaja khususnya siswa SMK pada konteks pemenuhan tugas perkembangan. Pada masa remaja, individu diharapkan sudah memiliki sikap positif yang optimal salah satunya kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas X SMKN 6 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X SMKN 6 Bandung dan merancang program bimbingan kelompok berdasarkan profil yang sudah diteliti. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan melalui teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian ditinjau dari beberapa hal yaitu secara umum dan secara khusus yang meliputi aspek kepercayaan diri dan jurusan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X SMKN 6 Bandung berada pada tingkat sedang. This research is undermined by the importance of self-confidence in adolescents, especially vocational high school students in the context of fulfilling developmental tasks. In adolescence, individuals are expected to have an optimal positive attitude, one of which is self-confidence. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach conducted on class X students of SMKN 6 Bandung in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The main objective of this study is to determine the self-confidence profile of class X students of SMKN 6 Bandung and to design a group guidance program based on the profile that has been studied. Sampling was determined through probability sampling techniques using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study were reviewed from several things, namely in general and specifically including aspects of self-confidence and majors. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the self-confidence of class X students of SMKN 6 Bandung is at a moderate level.
