    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar siswa yang belum optimal pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Terdapat dua faktor utama yang diduga mempengaruhi yaitu kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi belajar siswa.
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik guru, tingkat motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 81 siswa Fase E MPLB. Analisis statistik deskriptif serta analisis jalur dengan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
    Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian bahwa tingkat penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik guru berada di kategori kompeten, motivasi belajar siswa di kategori sangat tinggi dan prestasi belajar sudah cukup baik. Selain itu, penelitian mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik guru, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi belajar, dengan motivasi berfungsi sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut.

    The problem studied in this research is student learning achievement which has not been optimal in the Basics of Office Management and Business Services at Bina Wisata Lembang Vocational School. There are two main factors that are thought to influence, namely teacher pedagogical competence and student learning motivation.
    The aim of this research is to determine the level of teacher mastery of pedagogical competence, the level of motivation and student learning achievement and to determine the influence of these three variables. The method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 81 MPLB Phase E students. Descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis with Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) were used in this research.
    Based on the results of the research, the level of mastery of teacher pedagogical competence is in the competent category, student learning motivation is in the very high category and learning achievement is quite good. In addition, research reveals an influence between teacher pedagogical competence, learning motivation, and learning achievement, with motivation functioning as a mediator in this relationship.in this relationship.
