Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan ekoliterasi pada anak sejak dini. Terdapat program green lifestyle yang dilakukan TK Sekolah Alam Bandung dalam rangka membiasakan praktik ramah lingkungan pada keseharian anak di sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta anak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program green lifestyle meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan kaitannya dalam mengembangkan ekoliterasi, serta kendala dan upaya yang ditemui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas B, dan bagian penelitian dan pengembangan program green lifestyle di TK Sekolah Alam Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program green lifestyle telah tersistematis dengan baik dan selaras dengan konsep ekoliterasi mencakup komponen pengembangan ekoliterasi, yaitu aspek head (pengetahuan), aspek heart (sikap/emosional), aspek hand (keterampilan), dan aspek spirit, pelaksanaan program green lifestyle yang dilakukan juga telah mengintegrasikan komponen-komponen ini. Evaluasi pembelajaran program green lifestyle berfokus pada observasi atau pengamatan perilaku anak yang mencerminkan sikap mencintai terhadap lingkungan. Ditemui kendala dalam implementasi program green lifestyle diantaranya kesadaran warga sekolah yang belum optimal, ketidakselarasan pendidikan di rumah dan di sekolah, ketegasan guru yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala program green lifestyle meliputi webinar parenting, ceramah dan pemberian teguran. Disarnkan bagi guru untuk merencanakan program sejak awal dan meningkatkan perhatian terhadap anak dalam pelaksanaan program green lifestyle dan pihak sekolah perlu mengadakan pelatihan berkala berkaitan peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru. Education plays an important role in fostering ecoliteracy in children from an early age. There is a green lifestyle program carried out by Sekolah Alam Bandung Kindergarten in order to familiarize environmentally friendly practices in children's daily lives at school which aims to foster children's love for the environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the green lifestyle program including planning, implementation, evaluation and its relation in developing ecoliteracy, as well as the obstacles and efforts faced. The research method used a qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies with research subjects including the principal, class B teacher, and the research and development section of the green lifestyle program at Sekolah Alam Bandung Kindergarten. The results showed that the planning of the green lifestyle program has been well systematized and aligned with the concept of ecoliteracy including the competencies of ecoliteracy development, namely the head (knowledge), heart (attitude/emotional), hand (skills), and spirit, the implementation of the green lifestyle program carried out has integrated these competencies. The evaluation of green lifestyle program focuses on observing children's behavior. Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the green lifestyle program include school community awareness that is not optimal, misalignment of education at home and at school, teacher assertiveness that still needs to be improved. Efforts to overcome the obstacles of the green lifestyle program include parenting webinars, lectures and giving reprimands. The recommended for teachers is to plan the program from the beginning and increase attention to children in implementing the green lifestyle program and the school needs to hold periodic training related to improving teacher teaching skills.
