Abstract
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL INDUKTIF KATA BERGAMBAR BERBASIS PENDEKATAN MULTILITERASI, INTEGRATIF, DAN DIFERENSIASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN LITERASI DASAR PADA SISWA KELAS AWAL SEKOLAH DASAR ANGGI CITRA APRILIANA 1906650 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan literasi membaca siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Induktif Kata Bergambar berbasis Pendekatan Multiliterasi, Integratif, dan Diferensiasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development desain Borg and Gall. Partisipan dalam studi pendahuluan melibatkan 48 kepala sekolah dan 148 guru SD di Kabupaten Sumedang; 3 validator ahli; 10 praktisi, 121 siswa pada uji terbatas; dan 143 siswa pada uji luas. Data validitas dan kepraktisan model dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan tes. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah:1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran literasi dasar pada siswa SD di Kabupaten Sumedang, 2) pengembangan model MIKB-MID, 3) pengembangan bahan ajar MIKB-MID, 4) validitas dan kepraktisan model MIKB-MID, 5) efektivitas model MIKB-MID. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Independent Sample T-Test menggunakan SPSS versi 27, seluruh komponen berada pada angka signifikansi lebih rendah dari 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model MIKB-MID terhadap kemampuan literasi dasar siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model MIKB-MID dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa pada aspek kemampuan membaca lancar (reading fluency), membaca pemahaman (reading comprehension), menulis cerita deskripsi, dan self efficacy menulis. Implikasi dari penerapan model MIKB-MID yaitu model ini dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa melalui penguatan literasi visual dan verbal serta kemampuan membaca dan menulis yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi bagi pengambil kebijakan pendidikan dasar bahwa penerapan MIKB-MID menjadi model yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi dasar pada siswa kelas awal sekolah dasar. DEVELOPMENT OF PICTURE WORDS INDUCTIVE MODEL BASED ON MULTILITERATION, INTEGRATIVE AND DIFFERENTIATION APPROACH IN BASIC LITERACY LEARNING IN EARLY PRIMARY CLASS STUDENTS ANGGI CITRA APRILIANA 1906650 ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low reading literacy skills of students. This research aims to develop an Picture word Inductive Model based on a Multiliteracy, Integrative and Differentiation Approach (PWIM-MID). This type of research is Research and Development designed by Borg and Gall. Participants in the preliminary study involved 48 school principals and 148 elementary school teachers in Sumedang Regency; 3 expert validators; 10 practitioners, 121 students on limited test; and 143 students on the broad test. Data on the validity and practicality of the model were collected using questionnaires and tests. Data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this research are: 1) implementation of basic literacy learning for elementary school students in Sumedang Regency, 2) development of the PWIM-MID model, 3) development of PWIM-MID teaching materials, 4) validity and practicality of the PWIM -MID model, 5) effectiveness of the PWIM-MID. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test using SPSS version 27, all components are at a significance level lower than 0.05, indicating that there is a significant influence of the PWIM-MID model on students' basic literacy abilities. It can be concluded that the PWIM-MID model can improve students' literacy skills in the aspects of reading fluency, reading comprehension, writing descriptive stories, and writing self-efficacy. The implication of implementing the PWIM-MID model is that this model can help develop students' communication skills by strengthening visual and verbal literacy as well as better reading and writing abilities. Recommendations for basic education policy makers that the implementation of PWIM-MID is an effective model for improving basic literacy skills in students in the early grades of elementary school.
