Abstract
Perundungan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan serius yang dapat berdampak buruk pada perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademis siswa. Penelitian ini didasari tingginya insiden perundungan yang tidak hanya berdampak negatif pada korban, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang tidak aman dan tidak inklusif. Sebagai respons, program Sekolah Ramah Anak diadopsi untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung, inklusif, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai anti-perundungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMP Negeri 29 Palembang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai anti-perundungan, serta bagaimana program ini berkontribusi dalam membangun keadaban warga negara (civic virtue) di antara siswa. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap unsur penanggung jawab dan pendidik, keamanan dan operasional di SMP Negeri 29 Palembang, serta unsur ahli dan praktisi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan pentingnya implementasi program sebagai bentuk prevensi terhadap perilaku perundungan di sekolah, dengan tanggung jawab pencegahan perundungan adalah sinergitas Tri Pusat Pendidikan. Proses implementasi sekolah ramah anak melalui implementasi kebijakan, program, serta kegiatan di lingkungan sekolah, program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMP Negeri 29 Palembang berdampak terhadap mengurangnya pelanggaran dan kenakalan siswa, peningkatan kreativitas siswa dalam membuat konten anti perundungan, membangun karakter positif sehingga menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan positif, serta mengembangkan keadaban warga negara yang lebih baik di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: keadaban warga negara, civic virtue, program sekolah ramah anak, pencegahan perundungan. Bullying in the school environment is a serious issue that can have detrimental effects on students' social, emotional, and academic development. This research is motivated by the high incidence of bullying, which not only negatively impacts the victims but also creates an unsafe and non-inclusive school environment. In response, the Child-Friendly School program was adopted to create an educational environment that is supportive, inclusive, and based on anti-bullying values. Based on this, the research aims to explore how the Child-Friendly School program at JHS Negeri 29 Palembang integrates anti-bullying values and how this program contributes to building civic virtue among students. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving responsible stakeholders and educators, security and operational staff at JHS Negeri 29 Palembang, as well as experts and practitioners in Citizenship Education. The findings of the research reveal the importance of implementing the program as a preventive measure against bullying behavior in schools, the process of implementing the child-friendly school through the enforcement of policies, programs, and activities within the school environment. The Child-Friendly School program at JHS Negeri 29 Palembang has resulted in a reduction in student violations and misconduct, increased student creativity in producing anti-bullying content, the development of positive character traits, thereby creating a safer and more positive school environment, and fostering better civic virtue within the school community.
