Abstract

Tolok ukur keberhasilan sebuah pelatihan dilihat berdasarkan perkembangan kompetensi
peserta pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang diukur melalui capaian hasil
belajar. Oleh karena itu, kepuasan belajar peserta perlu diperhatikan untuk memberikan
pengalaman belajar yang positif dan meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta dalam
mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat
kepuasan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta serta menganalisis hubungan kepuasan belajar
dengan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar
evaluasi hasil belajar. Teknik total sampling digunakan dengan mengambil keseluruhan
populasi sebanyak 30 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan statistik
deskriptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis melalui uji korelasi spearman
rank. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1) Kepuasan belajar peserta pelatihan berada
pada tingkat kepuasan tinggi dengan kategori sangat puas, hal ini berarti pihak
penyelenggara mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan peserta; 2) Hasil belajar peserta
pelatihan berada pada kategori sangat baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa para peserta
berhasil memenuhi kompetensi lulusan dengan spesifikasi kompetensi pada aspek
pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap; 3) Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
kepuasan belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan, namun kedua variabel memiliki
korelasi yang positif dengan tingkat keeratan sangat rendah.

The benchmark of the success of a training is seen based on the development of participants'
competencies in the aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes as measured through the
achievement of learning outcomes. Therefore, participants' learning satisfaction needs to
be considered to provide a positive learning experience and increase participants'
enthusiasm for learning in achieving maximum learning outcomes. This study aims to
determine the level of learning satisfaction and learning outcomes of participants and
analyze the relationship between learning satisfaction and learning outcomes of trainees.
This research uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. Data collection
tools used questionnaires and learning outcomes evaluation sheets. The total sampling
technique was used by taking the entire population of 30 people as the research sample.
Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis
through the spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study found that 1) Learning
satisfaction of trainees is at a high level of satisfaction with a very satisfied category, this
means that the organizers are able to meet the needs and expectations of participants; 2)
The learning outcomes of the trainees were in the excellent category, indicating that the
trainees were able to meet the competencies of graduates with competency specifications
in the aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes; 3) There is no significant relationship
between learning satisfaction and trainees' learning outcomes, however, the two variables
have a positive correlation with a very low level of closeness.
