Abstract
Kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi post weld heat treatment menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media animasi powtoon, mengetahui kelayakan media dari para ahli media dan ahli materi, mengetahui respons pengguna terhadap media, mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan jenis one grup pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Model ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Purposive sampling dilakukan untuk memilih 34 sampel dari peserta didik kelas XI TPL 1. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran video animasi powtoon. Hasil penilaian kelayakan yang dilakukan dengan cara penilaian ahli oleh 1 orang ahli materi dan 1 orang ahli media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi powtoon yang telah dibuat dinyatakan “sangat layak”. Hasil respons pengguna media diperoleh kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran animasi powtoon mengalami peningkatan, hal ini tercemin dari peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diukur melalui penggunaan n-gain dengan skor rata – rata 0,85 dengan kategori “tinggi”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi powtoon ini sangat layak untuk digunakan pada post weld heat treatment. The lack of students' understanding of post weld heat treatment material was the background for conducting this research. The aim of this research is to produce a product in the form of powtoon animation media, find out the feasibility of experts, find out user responses to the media, find out the increase in learning outcomes after using the media. This research uses quantitative research methods with a pre-experimental research design with one group pre-test post type. -test design. This research uses the ADDIE model. This model consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Purposive sampling was carried out to select 34 samples from class XI TPL 1 students. This research produced powtoon animation video learning media. The results of the feasibility assessment carried out by expert assessment by 1 material expert and 1 media expert showed that the Powtoon animation learning media that had been created was declared "very feasible". The results of media user responses were in the "very good" category. Learning outcomes after using Powtoon animation learning media have increased, this is reflected in the increase in student learning outcomes as measured through the use of n-gain with an average score of 0.85 in the "high" category. Thus, it can be concluded that this powtoon animation video learning media is very suitable for use in post weld heat treatment.
