Abstract

Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan individu berusia 12 sampai 18 tahun atau termasuk individu yang memasuki masa remaja. Salah satu tugas perkembangan pada masa remaja adalah merencanakan dan mempersiapkan karier di masa yang akan datang. Seiring berjalannya waktu dan terjadinya perkembangan yang pesat, dunia kerja mengalami banyak perubahan yang menimbulkan peluang dan tantangan baru. Selain itu, perubahan tersebut juga memberikan dampak ketidakpastian bagi karier setiap individu, sehingga mereka perlu memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadapi perubahan dalam dunia kerja di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran adaptabilitas karier dan menghasilkan rancangan layanan bimbingan karier berdasarkan adaptabilitas karier siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling yaitu memilih sampel berdasarkan ketersediaan pada waktu tertentu. Penelitian melibatkan 219 siswa kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 32 responden (15%) memiliki adaptabilitas karier tinggi, 171 responden (78%) memiliki adaptabilitas karier sedang, dan 16 responden (7%) memiliki adaptabilitas karier rendah. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 15 Bandung membutuhkan rancangan layanan bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier. Rancangan layangan bimbingan karier disusun berdasarkan Panduan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) tahun 2016 yang telah melalui uji rasional oleh ahli dan praktisi.

High school (high school) students are 12 to 18 years old or include individuals who enter adolescence. One of the developmental tasks of adolescence is to plan and prepare for a future career. Over time and with rapid developments, the work world experienced many changes that led to new opportunities and challenges. Additionally, such changes also affect the uncertainty of each individual's career, so they need to be prepared for the changes in the work world to come. The purpose of this study is to know the overview of career adaptability and produce a career guidance service design based on the high school student's career adaptability. The research approach is quantitative with the research methods used is the survey method and design of cross-sectional research. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling which selects samples based on availability at a given time. The study involved 219 in the XI class of high school in SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. The results show that 32 respondents (15%) have high career adaptability, 171 respondents (78%) have moderate career adaptability, and 16 (7%) have low career adaptability. This suggests that a high school student at SMA Negeri 15 Bandung would need a career guidance service to improve career adaptability. The career guidance service design is based on operational guidance and counseling arrangements (POP BK) in 2016, which have been tested by experts and practitioners.
