Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan terkait tingginya jumlah tumpukan sampah di Indonesia mencapai 18,05 juta ton pada tahun 2023, berdampak negatif pada lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Bank Sampah menjadi solusi dengan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pemilahan dan daur ulang sampah. Namun, pengelolaannya masih menghadapi kendala dalam monitoring dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan bank sampah berbasis web yang memfasilitasi proses administrasi yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan bank sampah. Sistem pengelolaan bank sampah dikembangkan menggunakan prinsip Data Management dengan pedoman framework DAMA-DMBOK, memanfaatkan Google Sheets sebagai penyimpanan data, Google Apps Script untuk pengembangan aplikasi berbasis website, dan Google Looker Studio untuk visualisasi data dalam bentuk dashboard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah, membantu monitoring target, dan pelaporan bulanan secara efisien. Keberhasilan sistem diukur dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), di mana skor pengguna bank sampah adalah 75 dan calon pengguna adalah 73,25, keduanya masuk dalam kategori "Acceptable" dan "Grade C", menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik. Evaluasi Data Management Maturity Assessment (DMMA) menunjukkan sebagian besar knowledge area berada pada level "Managed" hingga "Measured". Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi bank sampah dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah. Environmental issues related to the high volume of waste accumulation in Indonesia reached 18.05 million tons in 2023, negatively impacting the environment and public health. The Waste Bank offers a solution by educating the community about waste sorting and recycling. However, its management still faces challenges in monitoring and evaluation. This study developed a web-based waste bank management system that facilitates administrative processes, reduces costs, and minimizes human errors in waste bank management. The waste bank management system was developed using Data Management principles based on the DAMA-DMBOK framework, utilizing Google Sheets for data storage, Google Apps Script for application development, and Google Looker Studio for data visualization through a dashboard. The results indicate that this system enhances waste management efficiency, supports target monitoring, and enables efficient monthly reporting. The system's success was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, where the waste bank users scored 75 and potential users scored 73.25, both falling within the "Acceptable" and "Grade C" categories, indicating satisfactory performance. The Data Management Maturity Assessment (DMMA) evaluation shows that most knowledge areas are at the "Managed" to "Measured" levels. This research is expected to benefit waste banks in optimizing performance and raising community awareness of the importance of waste management
