    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen
    Kepegawaian Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Di Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan Dan
    Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Secara umum tujuan dari
    penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi manajemen
    kepegawaian terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
    Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner tertutup yang
    disebarkan kepada 54 responden penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang
    dilakukan dengan perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa variabel
    X dan variabel Y berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi
    sebesar 0,656 yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Sementara itu, Hasil uji tingkat
    signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,274 dan ttabel sebesar 1,674 (6,274 > 1,674).
    Besarnya pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Disiplin Kerja
    pegawai BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat yang diperoleh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi
    sebesar 43% dan sisanya 57% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Adapun persamaan regresi dari
    kedua variabel yaitu Y = 17,180 + 0,656X yang artinya setiap penambahan satu poin SIM
    Kepegawaian maka akan diikuti dengan kenaikan sebesar 0,656 pada Disiplin Kerja
    Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan
    signifikan antara Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Disiplin Kerja
    Pegawai di BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat.
    This study is entitled “The Effect of Implementation of the Personnel Management
    Information System on Employee Work Discipline at the Representative of the National
    Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of West Java Province”. In general,
    the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the personnel
    management information system on employee work discipline at the West Java Province
    BKKBN Representative. The research method used is a descriptive method with a
    quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or closed
    questionnaire distributed to 54 research respondents. Based on the results of data
    processing carried out by calculating the Weight Means Score (WMS), it shows that
    variable X and variable Y are in the very good category. The result of the correlation
    coefficient analysis is 0.656 which is included in the strong category. Meanwhile, the
    results of the significant level test obtained a tcount value of 6.274 and a ttable of 1.674 (6.274>
    1.674). The magnitude of the influence of the Personnel Management Information System
    on the Work Discipline of BKKBN West Java Province employees obtained from the test
    results of the coefficient of determination is 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by
    other factors. The regression equation of the two variables is Y = 17.180 + 0.656X, which
    means that every addition of one point of the Personnel Management Information System
    will be followed by an increase of 0.656 in Employee Work Discipline. Based on the results
    of the study, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the
    Personnel Management Information System on Employee Work Discipline at BKKBN West
    Java Province.
