Abstract
Keamanan informasi menjadi kritis di era digital dengan ancaman yang semakin kompleks. Banyaknya tragedi jual beli putus, pelanggaran hak cipta dan tindak ilegal lainnya pada e-book sehingga membuat manajemen hak cipta dan transaksi e-book mempunyai kelemahan. Dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem manajemen hak cipta dan transaksi e-book berbasis web menggunakan blockchain untuk mengatasi masalah keamanan, transparansi, dan manajemen e-book. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah desain dan pengembangan (D&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), menggunakan Node.js dan Solidity. Pengujian dilakukan dengan Blackbox Testing dan Test Driven Development (TDD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem manajemen hak cipta dan transaksi e-book, menggunakan Ether.js untuk interaksi dengan Ethereum blockchain. Sistem ini menggunakan checksumsha256 untuk verifikasi integritas e-book dan encoder base64 shuffle untuk melindungi file e-book. Implementasi blockchain memastikan transparansi transaksi dengan data yang diambil langsung dari blockchain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dikembangkan berfungsi sesuai harapan, integrasi blockchain berhasil, dan teknologi ini menciptakan manajemen hak cipta e-book yang tahan terhadap manipulasi data. Implikasi penelitian meliputi otomatisasi pengelolaan hak cipta, transaksi yang aman dan transparan, serta proses manual yang dapat diotomatisasi dengan smart contract. Rekomendasi meliputi pemanfaatan kekurangan yang ditemukan, penggunaan maksimal tools blockchain, pengembangan transaksi dengan Metamask, peningkatan tampilan, serta peningkatan keamanan file dengan enkripsi yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan sistem manajemen hak cipta e-book dan transaksi dengan teknologi blockchain, serta menginspirasi eksplorasi penggunaan blockchain di sektor lain. : ----------- Information security has become critical in the digital era due to increasingly complex threats. The prevalence of piracy, copyright infringement, and other illegal activities related to e-books has exposed weaknesses in copyright management and e-book transaction systems. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based copyright management and e-book transaction system using blockchain to address issues related to security, transparency, and e-book management. The methodology employed is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), utilizing Node.js and Solidity. Testing is conducted using Blackbox Testing and Test Driven Development (TDD). The research findings indicate that blockchain can be integrated with copyright management and e-book transaction systems, using Ether.js for interaction with the Ethereum blockchain. The system employs checksumsha256 for e-book integrity verification and base64 shuffle encoding to protect e-book files. Blockchain implementation ensures transaction transparency with data sourced directly from the blockchain. The conclusion of this research is that the developed system functions as expected, blockchain integration is successful, and this technology creates a copyright management system for e-books resistant to data manipulation. The implications of the research include the automation of copyright management, secure and transparent transactions, and the automation of manual processes through smart contracts. Recommendations include addressing identified weaknesses, maximizing blockchain tools, developing transactions with Metamask, improving the interface, and enhancing file security with stronger encryption. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical benefits in the development of e-book copyright management and transaction systems using blockchain technology, as well as inspire exploration of blockchain use in other sectors.
