Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik kelas 1 di salah satu SD Negeri Bogor Utara terutama saat memasuki keterampilan menulis ulang kalimat yang di eja oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sehingga mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik kelas 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari guru kelas 1 serta peserta didik kelas 1 sebanyak enam orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran menulis terbimbing (guided writing) mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik, aspek-aspek keterampilan menulis permulaan yang diteliti ialah kesiapan menulis permulaan, kerapian tulisan, menulis huruf, dan ketepatan tulisan. Berdasarkan observasi pada aspek-aspek tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa peserta didik cenderung memiliki keterampilan menulis permulaan yang sudah cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Metode Pembelajaran, Keterampilan Menulis Permulaan This research is motivated by the low level of beginning writing skills in grade 1 students in one of the North Bogor State Elementary Schools, especially when entering the skill of rewriting sentences spelled by the teacher. This study aims to analyze Indonesian language learning methods so as to improve the writing skills of grade 1 students. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research instruments used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The subjects in this study consisted of grade 1 teachers and grade 1 students as many as six people. The results of this study are that the guided writing learning method is able to improve students' beginning writing skills, the aspects of beginning writing skills studied are readiness for beginning writing, neatness of writing, writing letters, and accuracy of writing. Based on observations on these aspects, it can be seen that students tend to have good enough beginning writing skills. Keyword: Analysis, Learning Methods, Beginning Writing Skills
