Abstract

TPACK merupakan satu kerangka yang saling berhubungan antara pengetahuan, teknologi, pedagogi dan konten materi yang berintegrasi menjadi suatu pemahaman dalam pengajaran. Kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang kurang mampu mengintegrasikan antara teknologi informasi dengan pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan TPACK. Tujuan penelitian: (1) menganalisis latar belakang guru geografi, (2) menganalisis implementasi TPACK, (3) menganalisis hubungan antara latar belakang guru geografi dengan implementasi TPACK guru geografi di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan 68 orang guru geografi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Sampel menggunakan saturation sampling. Temuan penelitian: (1) latar belakang guru didominasi oleh guru muda dengan rentang usia 21-30 tahun, jenis kelamin seimbang 50% laki-laki dan perempuan, latar belakang pendidikan didominasi oleh lulusan sarjana dan linier sesuai program studi, pengalaman mengajar berada pada rentang 1-10 tahun, dan sebagian besar belum memiliki sertifikasi pendidik; (2) kompentesi TPACK guru Geografi dengan kategori sangat kompeten dan kriteria baik. Gambaran beragam yaitu kompetensi TPK kriteria cukup, kompetensi TK, TCK, dan TPACK kriteria baik, dan kompetensi PK, CK, PCK kriteria sangat baik; (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi TPACK yaitu latar belakang pendidikan guru sebesar 0.233 artinya lemah namun terdapat korelasi dan sertifikasi pendidik sebesar 0.437 artinya cukup terdapat hubungan korelasi. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia sebesar 0.139, jenis kelamin sebesar 0.216, dan diklat sebesar 0.139 artinya hubungan sangat rendah dan pengalaman mengajar sebesar 0.260 artinya hubungan korelasi rendah terhadap kompetensi TPACK. TPACK is an interconnected framework between knowledge, technology, pedagogy and material content that integrates into an understanding of teaching. In reality, there are still many teachers who are less able to integrate information technology with the development of learning innovations by integrating TPACK. Research objectives: (1) analyze the background of geography teachers, (2) analyze the implementation of TPACK, (3) analyze the relationship between the background of geography teachers and the implementation of TPACK geography teachers in South Tangerang City. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in South Tangerang City with 68 geography teachers. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sample uses saturation sampling. Research findings: (1) teacher background is dominated by young teachers with an age range of 21-30 years, gender balance is 50% male and female, educational background is dominated by undergraduate graduates and is linear according to the study program, teaching experience is in the range 1-10 years, and most do not yet have educator certification; (2) the Geography teacher's TPACK competency is in the very competent category and has good criteria. The diverse picture is that TPK competence has sufficient criteria, TK, TCK and TPACK competence has good criteria, and PK, CK and PCK competence has very good criteria; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between TPACK competencies, namely teacher educational background of 0.233, meaning it is weak, but there is a correlation and teacher certification of 0.437, meaning there is a sufficient correlation. There is no significant relationship between age, 0.139, gender, 0.216, and training, 0.139, meaning the relationship is very low, and teaching experience is 0.260, meaning the correlation is low with TPACK competency.
