Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal bahasa Tolitoli di SD Negeri Percontohan Tolitoli, Kabupaten Tolitoli, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan model evaluasi Iluminatif yang dikembangkan oleh Parlett dan Hamilton (1972). Model evaluasi Iluminatif berfokus ganda pada sistem pembelajaran (instructional system) dan lingkungan belajar (learning milieu). Sumber data dari penelitian ini meliputi dokumen, kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan komite sekolah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal bahasa Tolitoli di SD Negeri Percontohan Tolitoli belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal bahasa Tolitoli yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu guru/pendidik, peserta didik, media, lingkungan fisik, dan lingkungan sosial, serta untuk pengembangan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kurikulum muatan lokal bahasa Tolitoli. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of local content curriculum of Tolitoli language at SDN Percontohan Tolitoli, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive evaluative research method with the Illuminative evaluation model developed by Parlett and Hamilton (1972). The Illuminative evaluation model focuses on both the instructional system and the learning milieu. The data sources of this study include documents, principals, teachers, students, and school committees. The research instruments used are document analysis, observation, and interviews conducted offline and online. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Tolitoli language local content curriculum at the Tolitoli Percontohan Elementary School does not fully comply with the criteria set in the aspects of learning planning, learning process and learning environment. This research provides recommendations for improving and enhancing the quality of implementation of the Tolitoli language local content curriculum which still needs to be improved, namely teachers/educators, students, media, physical environment and social environment, as well as for developing further research on the Tolitoli language local content curriculum.
