Abstract
Dalam upaya mempersiapkan guru menerapkan kurikulum mandiri dan menjadi profesional, banyak upaya dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah. Secara formal, mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila akan menggantikan PPKn pada Juni 2022, dibarengi dengan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka baru pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas kinerja guru, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta upaya solusinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 6 orang guru di 3 SD Negeri di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis instrument yaitu insturmen observasi, instrument wawancara dan juga instrument dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan disini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Realitas kinerja guru sudah baik, 2) terdapat beberapa fasilitasi yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan 3) upaya solusi untuk mengatasi kendala fasilitas belajar. : In an effort to prepare teachers to implement an independent curriculum and become professionals, many efforts and activities are carried out by educational institutions and the government. Formally, the Pancasila Education subject will replace PPKn in June 2022, accompanied by the implementation of the new Independent Curriculum in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research aims to determine the reality of teacher performance, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as solution efforts. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological research design. This research was conducted on 6 teachers in 3 state elementary schools in Bandung City. This research instrument uses 3 types of instruments, namely observation instruments, interview instruments and documentation instruments. The data collection techniques used here are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) The reality of teacher performance is good, 2) there are several facilities that are supporting and inhibiting factors, and 3) solution efforts to overcome obstacles to learning facilities.
