Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara Teacher Mastery Experience, Teacher Self-Efficacy dan Teacher Job Satisfaction di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 guru dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling technique. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul dan diolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) P- Value Pearson Correlation Test Teacher Mastery Experience dengan Teacher Self- Efficacy sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 maka Teacher Mastery Experience dengan Teacher Self- Efficacy berkorelasi dengan nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,869 yang mengartikan terdapat hubungan sempurna antara Teacher Mastery Experience dengan Teacher Self- Efficacy, 2) P- Value Pearson Correlation Test Teacher Self- Efficacy dengan Teacher Job Satisfaction sebesar 0,016 ≤ 0,05 maka Teacher Self- Efficacy dengan Teacher Job Satisfaction berkorelasi dengan nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,332 yang berarti terdapat hubungan lemah antara Teacher Self- Efficacy dengan Teacher Job Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Teacher Mastery Experience, Teacher Self-Efficacy dan Teacher Job Satisfaction di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang Banten.
